Once I started making dolls, every fall people asked for a batch or two of witches, Draculas and Frankensteins. So I made small batches of each a few times. They were a fun change of pace. Most were 6-7 inches tall except for the toddler witches, who were 4 inches or so.
Each doll was made by me, entirely by hand one at a time, using no molds. Hand sculpted of polymer clay, including their faces, hair, shoes and socks. I use no paint except for a light blush for their cheeks. They are jointed at the hips and shoulders with a strong elastic cord. I designed their wings on the computer and printed them on clear acrylic sheets. My favorite part of their outfits were Dracula's capes.
